Lubricant Grease

Lubricant grease is mainly composed of three parts: thickening agent, base oil, and additives. The thickening agent content in general lubricant grease is about 10% -20%, the base oil content is about 75% -90%, and the content of additives and fillers is below 5%.

Especially in high temperature and long-term operation, lubricant grease has better characteristics. (3)The base oil of lubricant grease has a low tendency to crawl. (4)Lubricant grease can form a grease ring with a certain sealing effect, which can prevent the invasion of solid or fluid pollutants and is beneficial for use in humid and dusty environments. (5)Lubricant grease can work on open or poorly sealed friction parts. 6. It can simplify the design and maintenance of equipment, saving equipment costs.
